Meet The Chef
My name is Lucianne Fraga, I am a Brazillian-Spanish Chef and a Food Scientist. I have worked in some amazing restaurants in Brazil, England, Portugal and Switzerland. Food has always been a great passion in my life and after hosting successful Pop Up dinners in London and Switzerland, I am bringing to you an Autumn Pop Up Dinner!

Starter 1: Smoked cockels, pork belly, sourdough velouté and white chocolate
Starter 2: Gnocchi, butternut squash, truffles, olives, autumn mushrooms and Grana Padano
Main: Lamb, manioc mille-feuilles, chanterelles and Malbec foam
Dessert: Cocada, dulce de leche foam and nut clusters
* Still and sparkling water will be served.
* This is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) event, however if you wish to purchase more wine, there will be some bottles for sale.
Autumn Pop Up
The Autumn Pop Up Dinner will take place at a beautiful house overlooking lake Geneva in Glion. Guests will be able to enjoy a gorgeous fine dining menu, inspired by seasonal products!
Offering a new concept in dining, guests will be able to experience great cuisine and meet new people. It will be a pleasure to be your chef that evening!
